Walk in sunlight for longer life
A study published in the October edition of Archives of Internal Medicine published by the American Medical Association highlights the finding that Vitamin D sourced from sunlight is not just good for bones but increases lifespan by 7%. The study was conducted on 60,000 people at International Agency for Research on Cancer,Lyon, in France. If you take Vitamin D supplements or walk in the sunlight for at least 15 to 30 minutes every day you can look forward to a longer life.
