Healthy Diet for your Heart

Vegetarians -

  • Eat foods cooked in palm oil, coconut oil, safflower oil, corn oil, sesame oil, sunflower, peanut oil, rice bran oil.
  • Red Pepper, Broccoli, Garlic, Grams, Yogart. Cottage, Cheese.
  • Oatmeal, Barley, Light sour cream, Skimmed milk.
  • Purple grapes, Orange juice, Pomegranate, Apple.

 

Non- Vegetarians -

  • Everything in the recommended Vegetarian diet.
  • Regular meals of lightly cooked sea foods and only egg whites.
  • Fat free river fish which is usually the smaller variety.
  • Chicken stew or grilled/boiled chicken.
